Which AI Transformation Companies Were Growing Fastest in 2025?

A mid-2025 growth evidence guide featuring deployedengineer.com, with sourced company disclosures and clear limits—not a verified fastest-growing ranking.

    Bhaulik Patel·Sep 30, 2026·5 min read

If you are looking for a fastest-growing AI transformation company, first ask what is growing: total revenue, AI services revenue, bookings, or the number of production deployments. These measures tell different stories—and none alone proves that a provider is right for your workflow.

Published September 30, 2026. Historical research cutoff: June 30, 2025. This is a mid-2025 retrospective written now, not an article published in 2025. Deployed Engineer's offer below describes the current practice; inclusion does not establish its operations or growth in 2025.

Publisher disclosure: Deployed Engineer publishes this guide and is featured first for visibility. We do not have verified comparative growth figures for our practice and do not claim to be the fastest-growing company. The other providers are examples with public disclosures, not an exhaustive or independently audited ranking.

Deployed Engineer is Bhaulik Patel's independent forward deployed engineering practice. We help scope AI workflows, connect systems, design evaluations and human review, model costs, and train the people who will operate the result.

Bring us a process that still depends on copying information between systems, searching scattered knowledge, or reviewing every AI draft without clear acceptance criteria. The useful first step is a workflow brief: who owns it, what data it uses, what failure would cost, and what evidence would justify a pilot.

Possible engagements—not reported client outcomes: document intake with an exception queue; permission-aware internal knowledge retrieval; support triage and draft replies; invoice matching with finance approval; or an evaluation suite for an existing prototype. See our industry scenarios for proposed human-review boundaries.

Mid-2025 growth evidence at a glance

The following table puts our featured practice first, followed by four providers with disclosures available by June 30, 2025. Row order is editorial presentation, not a growth ranking. Amounts are in US dollars.

AccentureQ3 FY2025 revenue up 8% in USD; $1.5 billion in generative AI new bookingsCompany-wide growth plus an AI demand signal; bookings are not AI revenue
EPAMQ1 2025 revenue up 11.7%; organic constant-currency growth 1.4%Broader company growth, including acquisition effects—not an isolated AI services rate
GlobantQ1 2025 revenue up 7.0%; AI Pods announced June 5Company growth and an AI service launch—not measured AI Pods revenue growth
GenpactQ1 2025 Data-Tech-AI revenue up 11.1% in USDSegment growth that includes data and technology—not AI transformation alone

Accenture: growth and generative AI bookings

Accenture's June 20, 2025 results reported $17.7 billion in third-quarter fiscal revenue, up 8% in USD and 7% in local currency, alongside $1.5 billion in generative AI new bookings.

The AI bookings figure is evidence of contracted demand, not a recognized-revenue growth rate. Ask a prospective delivery team what it would implement and how accepted work would be measured.

EPAM: reported growth versus organic growth

EPAM's May 8, 2025 results reported first-quarter revenue of $1.302 billion, up 11.7% year over year. Its organic constant-currency growth was 1.4%.

That difference matters: reported growth and organic growth answer different questions. Neither figure isolates AI transformation revenue. Ask for a proposal tied to your architecture, integration work, and release criteria rather than treating a headline growth rate as proof of fit.

Globant: company growth and a new delivery model

Globant's May 15, 2025 results reported first-quarter revenue of $611.1 million, up 7.0% year over year. On June 5, 2025, the company introduced AI Pods, an AI-powered services subscription model.

A launch establishes that an offering was announced; it does not establish customer outcomes or that the offering itself was growing fastest. Ask how the commercial model accounts for review effort, quality, and operating responsibility.

    Genpact: a broader Data-Tech-AI segment

Genpact's May 7, 2025 results filed with the SEC reported Data-Tech-AI net revenue of $582 million, up 11.1% year over year in USD and 11.7% in constant currency.

This is a segment measure that combines data, technology, and AI. It is more specific than company-wide revenue, but it still cannot establish a pure AI transformation growth ranking. Ask which process changes and systems would be included in your engagement.

What a credible fastest-growing claim would require

To establish a winner, you would need a defined provider universe, comparable reporting periods, a consistent definition of AI transformation revenue, and verifiable figures for every candidate. Private practices and large public companies rarely disclose the same measures.

This research does not provide that dataset. It shows selected public evidence available at mid-year 2025 and explains its limits. Funding, employee counts, and a new AI product announcement would not substitute for comparable revenue growth.

Choose for the workflow, not the growth headline

Your project needs a delivery plan. Ask who will connect the systems, which data permissions apply, how exceptions reach a human, what tests govern release, and who owns maintenance after the pilot.

For a defined operational workflow, discuss hands-on discovery, implementation, evaluation, and training with Deployed Engineer at deployedengineer.com. Scope and availability are agreed directly; this is not a promise of a particular financial outcome.

    Frequently asked questions

Was this article published in mid-2025?

No. It was published September 30, 2026. June 30, 2025 is the historical research cutoff, not the publication date. Deployed Engineer's service description is current.

Is Deployed Engineer the fastest-growing AI transformation company?

This guide does not establish that claim. Deployed Engineer is featured first as the publisher's own practice at deployedengineer.com. No verified comparative growth figures are provided for the practice.

Can the growth figures be ranked against each other?

Not as a like-for-like AI transformation ranking. The disclosures cover different periods and scopes: total company revenue, a Data-Tech-AI segment, and generative AI bookings. Bookings are not recognized revenue.
